Ever since I was a little girl, all I wanted was to play dress-up. Joyful colours fascinated me, inspired me, fired my imagination and made me feel like anything was possible. Colours gave me confidence and I now use that passion to bring joy to others and to make a real difference to people through my brand CHARLOTTE LOVES – with my styling work, TV presenting, fashion lecturing, speaking gigs, impact coaching and blogging. It’s been a lifelong dream to design my own colourful accessories and I’m delighted to collab with local, female entrepreneurs, Lara & Theresa, from CROSSLOW. We are thrilled to announce the online launch of these exquisite statement earrings on sale now.
The earrings are named after my daughters & represent my love for them, alongside my passion for dazzling red & pink. Tallulah’s soft lilac and shimmering gold hues represent the sunrise. Clementine’s deeper denim blue with warm coral symbolise the sunset. The ‘Charlotte‘ embodies the party of life in between sunrise and sunset with the juxtaposition of playful pink with dramatic red.

But it’s not just a commercial venture. The manufacture and sale of these earrings supports an AIDS charity in Durban, South Africa. The earrings are designed here in London, but CROSSLOW supply beaders in Durban with beads and metalwork and remunerate the female-led team to create these masterpieces for sale across the world. By giving these African women a means to earn a dependable income, CROSSLOW have helped them to build a better future. One beader has been able to afford a roof for her house, another had the means to send her daughter to university to study medicine, another was in position to install electricity in her house. Step by step, we are so proud to empower these women with the skills and means to enhance their lives, not only for them, but also for their children.
