How to wear pink & patterns

Pink reminds me of carefree days, of twirling in tutus and brushing past foxgloves in my mothers garden.  It’s the essence of my youth; not aggressive like red, just girlie and bright.  As you say pink out loud it softens my soul, a feminine species all on its own.  Sweet bakery, glazed donuts, mouthwatering delights.  It’s dewy not abrasive, like warm cotton candy.  I remember my first taste of pink bubblegum and my party balloons, yet above all this, it evokes the feeling of love.   To toughen up pink, pair it with pattern, like snake print or polka dot to give it an edge.  How to wear pink & pattern?  My ideas below.
