ELYS shopping edit

There is something very alluring to me when a shopping destination becomes a home from home.  That’s how I feel about Elys of Wimbledon. A second home. A happy place.  A shopping mecca of choice for not only myself and for many of my personal styling clients, but also my husband, our two little girls and their Grandma when she comes to stay.  You’d think it quite impossible to design a local department store that appeals to mums, dads, husbands and wives, little children, teenagers AND OAPs, but somehow, just somehow, Elys have accomplished this where others have not.  We have everything we need under one roof; fashion, beauty, home, men’s, kids, food and excellent coffee!  We...

But so many of us find excuses to just ‘throw on yesterdays outfit’ or cry in despair “I have a wardrobe full of clothes but never ever anything to wear”, and peel on the same old grey top.  Taking care of yourself, making the best of your body and increasing confidence through style can do wonders (yes, wonders) for your relationship.   If you’re embarking on an adults only mini-break, as we did last week, renewing your wardrobe with flattering colours and styles can truly create an inner glow and positive energy flow…top up your attraction levels, layer in some fun…expressing yourself through colour and style can...
